The Hailey and Jack Thomas Family Foundation was founded in 2022 out of a desire to organize causes on our hearts and provide a mechanism to support those causes. We believe in making a difference in the lives of those in our communities and feel strongly about the role of education, professional development, and shared experiences to empower people to reach their full potential.

Hailey serves as a Speech Language Pathologist in Little Rock, Arkansas area schools, using her talents to empower the next generation to have confidence in themselves and who God created them to be.

Jack serves as Vice President of Economic Development at the Little Rock Regional Chamber. In this role, Jack works to create opportunity across central Arkansas by leading a team of economic development professionals tasked with business attraction, business retention and expansion, small business and entrepreneurship, workforce development, and diversity initiatives.
